1. Who we are
montrelia.com is operated by Ladaworks LLC ("Montrelia", "we", "us"). Montrelia is a digital marketing agency based in the Washington, DC area. This policy explains what we collect when you visit montrelia.com, contact us, or book a call, and what we do with it.
Our mobile apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app's page. This policy covers the website only.
2. Information you give us
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, your message, and (optionally) your website address.
- Booking a call: when you book through our Google Calendar appointment page, you give Google the name, email address and any details you enter. Google processes this to create the booking and shares it with us.
- Emails and calls: anything you choose to send us when you write or talk to us.
3. Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure which pages you visit, how long you stay, how you found us, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city and country). We do not use Google Analytics to collect your name, email address or phone number.
- Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated page-view statistics from our hosting provider, collected without cookies.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request to deliver and secure the site.
- Browser storage: the site saves a small flag in your browser's session storage so the intro animation plays only once per visit.

- Google: email and calendar (Google Workspace) and website analytics (Google Analytics).
- Vercel: website hosting and analytics.
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) tool: to keep track of inquiries and client conversations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if our business is sold or merged.
6. Emails and text messages
We use your email address and phone number to respond to your inquiry and to work with you. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you marketing text messages without your permission, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep business records, and then delete it. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account, and never longer than 14 months.
8. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@montrelia.com and we will respond within 45 days. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
