1. About the Service

Translator Ai - Montrelia Ai is a mobile AI translation application. The Service may include:

• Typed text translation.
• Voice translation from audio recordings.
• Image and camera translation.
• PDF document translation.
• AI model selection where available.
• Local translation history on your device.
• Free access with limits and optional paid subscription access to premium features.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Features, supported languages, model availability, limits, and performance may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is lawful in your location.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use the Service. Supported sign-in methods may include:

• Email and password.
• Sign in with Google.
• Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@montrelia.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or are used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

4. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

If you download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the app is also subject to the applicable store terms. For Apple-distributed versions, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's applicable terms, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.

5. AI Translation Disclaimer

The Service uses AI systems and third-party AI model providers to generate translations. You acknowledge that:

• Translations may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use.
• AI systems may misread text, images, audio, documents, names, idioms, formatting, tone, or context.
• The Service is not a certified human translation service.
• You should not rely on translations for legal, medical, financial, immigration, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-stakes purposes without review by a qualified professional.
• We do not guarantee that any translation will meet a specific quality, accuracy, formatting, or regulatory requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying translations before relying on them.

6. User Content

"User Content" means text, images, audio recordings, PDF files, file names, prompts, and other material you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transmit, format, store temporarily where needed, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, enforce limits, and comply with law.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit content if you are not authorized to translate or process it.

7. Usage Limits and Feature Access

The Service is not unlimited. Access may be limited by plan type, entitlement state, AI model, feature, file size, word count, request rate, provider cost, security controls, and operational availability.

Current technical limits may include:

• Text translation: up to 250 words per request.
• Image translation: images under 10 MB.
• Voice translation: audio under approximately 4 MB.
• Document translation: PDF files under 15 MB.
• Request rate limiting: currently 10 translation requests per 60 seconds per authenticated user.
• Weekly usage limits and premium-provider budget limits, reset on a UTC-week schedule.

We may change limits, models, features, or enforcement rules to protect the Service, control provider costs, comply with law, or improve reliability. Paid subscriptions provide premium feature access and higher limits as shown in the app or purchase sheet, but they do not provide unlimited use.

Premium access depends on the active entitlement state associated with your account and successful synchronization between the app store, RevenueCat, and our backend systems.

8. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

The Service may offer free access and paid auto-renewing subscriptions, such as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial offers, and included features are shown in the app and in the applicable app store purchase sheet at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable, and managed through RevenueCat. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it according to the rules of the applicable store before renewal.

Payment is charged by the applicable app store at purchase confirmation and at renewal. We do not collect or store your full payment method information.

You may manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings and through any subscription management surface made available in the app.

Deleting the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the applicable app store.

9. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted through the store that processed the purchase:

We do not process App Store or Google Play refunds directly. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable store's policies and applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purposes.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Submit content containing sensitive personal information of another person unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
• Use the Service to make high-stakes decisions without independent professional review.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, entitlement checks, rate limits, security controls, or payment requirements.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or bulk access methods without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, backend systems, app store purchase flows, or third-party providers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy the Service except where applicable law permits it.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or created risk for the Service or other users.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information, including translation content, local history, subscription data, analytics, and diagnostics.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database, and backend functions.
• OpenRouter and routed AI model providers for translation processing.
• RevenueCat for purchases, hosted paywall, Customer Center, and subscription entitlement data.
• Apple App Store and Google Play Store for payment and subscription management.
• PostHog for product analytics.
• Sentry for crash and error diagnostics.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) and Apple SKAdNetwork for advertising measurement and install attribution, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Google and Apple for authentication where selected.
• Expo / EAS services for app update and release operations where applicable.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, processing practices, errors, outages, policy changes, or model output.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

The Service may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, network issues, app store issues, provider outages, AI model availability, rate limits, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, models, limits, subscriptions, pricing, or the Service as permitted by law. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will handle it according to applicable app store rules and law.

14. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from the app's Settings screen or by contacting info@montrelia.ai. Account deletion removes server-side account records that are not legally required to be retained. It does not automatically cancel active subscriptions; subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable app store.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your account is used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Your use creates security, operational, legal, or provider-cost risk.
• We are required to do so by law or a third-party platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, interface, graphics, branding, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by Ladaworks LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, we do not grant you any rights in the Service or our intellectual property.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ladaworks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or use, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ladaworks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of law or third-party rights.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.

You and Ladaworks LLC waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or service security.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or through another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

21. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Ladaworks LLC regarding the Service.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
