Websites
- The 3 business days start when we have your complete materials (logo, copy, photos).
- The clock pauses while we are waiting on you for feedback, access or payment, and resumes when you reply.
- Live means published on your own domain.
- A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- One revision is included. One consolidated round of feedback on the whole site after first delivery. New pages or features count as new work.
- If we are late, $200 per business day comes off your invoice, up to 50% of the fee, at most $1,000.
- Hosting and domain renewal sit in your own accounts and you pay for them. We set them up.
SEO + GEO
- A written report every week, including the raw answers the AI assistants gave.
- A 60-minute call every 2 weeks.
- Full Google Business Profile work: setup, optimization and review management. Review management means asking your real customers for reviews and replying to them. We ask all recent customers, not only the happy ones, and we never buy, write or filter reviews.
- $2,000 per month, 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Ads
- A strategy call every week, 60 to 120 minutes, and detailed reporting.
- 4 Meta creatives a month, made by us. One creative is one ad variant: an image or a short video, plus the ad copy.
- You pay the ad platforms directly. We manage the spend and never hold your money.
- We require at least $1,500 per channel per month in ad spend.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads together are $6,000 per month; one platform alone is $4,000.
Accounts
You own Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, your domain, your site code. If we stop working together, you keep all of them.
How we measure
For GEO, each question goes to each engine separately, in a clean session with no history. We save the full answer and its date. We report counts and quote the answers. We do not report percentages, because the sample is too small for one, and we do not merge the engines into one score.
Our own results are on the AI visibility scoreboard, including the runs where we did not appear.
